A Revolutionary Cider
We’re proud to release our first imperial cider today, Stand Be Cider! It’s the official beverage of the VA250, and 10% of sales go to them.

OUR CIDERS
MALICE
Where it all began. Our original cider. This off-dry, Eastern English-style cider is made in honor of our cider maker’s birthplace. Crisp and refreshing with light acidity, the perfect cider for any occasion.
ABV: 6.5%
522 BLACKCURRANT
This cider is a tip of the hat to the English pub favorite “Cider and Black”. A beautiful pink cider which marries the flavors of an off-dry cider with light acidity to the fruitiness of blackcurrants. This fruity cider is the cider for any season.
ABV: 6%
VA-GINGA
We created a crisp, well-balanced cider with just a hint of sweetness to go with freshly pressed ginger juice. The result is an off-dry cider with just a hint of ginger, so it will appeal to those who never thought they would like ginger in a cider!

PIOUS PEAR
With a 50/50 blend of apples and pears and slowly fermented to keep the fruity aromas, this cider has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

BLOOMIN’ BLOSSOM
Bloomin’ Blossom is a light, crisp cider that boasts a delicate blush-pink hue, reminiscent of the first cherry blossoms, and offers a refreshing tartness with subtle floral notes. Crafted with locally sourced apples and a touch of fresh cherries, it’s perfect for sipping on a sunny afternoon. This cider is a limited seasonal, only available in April and May to celebrate the cherry and apple blossom seasons of the region.

STAND BE CIDER
To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation, we created a cider to honor our forefathers, who very much enjoyed drinking cider.
10% of all sales will go to the VA250 Commission, so let’s say “cheers” to Stand Be Cider!

CIDER OF THE SIREN
An elderberry-infused cider inspired by our owner’s love for the Bridge City Sinners.
THE DANDY SHANDY
A naturally fermented cider which is then aged for 9 months. It is then blended with lemon juice and honey to give a thirst quenching drink even for those hottest summer days.
ABV: 6%
CINTER WONDERLAND
Our limited release Autumnal cider has been aged with cinnamon sticks for six months to give a full flavored cider.
ABV: 6%
WYLD CIDE
Born in our tasting room and due to popular demand we packaged it! What’s better than Blackcurrant or Ginger in your cider than Blackcurrant AND Ginger in your cider! Fruity with a zest of ginger, the people have spoken!

HOPPOSITES ATTRACT
Cider with hops! The best of both worlds. Dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe to give a dry, hoppy finish which balances perfectly with the apple profile.
