This blackcurrant cider is a tip of the hat to the English pub favorite, “cider and black.” 522 marries the flavors of a light-acidity, off-dry cider to the fruitiness of blackcurrants. It's a cider for any season.
VA-GINGA
We created a crisp, well-balanced cider with just a bit of sweetness to go with freshly pressed ginger juice. The result is an off-dry cider with just a hint of ginger, so it will appeal to those who never thought they would like ginger in a cider!
THE DANDY SHANDY
The Dandy Shandy is a naturally fermented cider, aged for nine months, then blended with lemon juice and honey. The combination is a thirst quenching drink, even for those hottest summer days.
HOPPOSITES ATTRACT
The best of both worlds: cider with hops! Dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops to give a dry, hoppy finish which balances perfectly with the apple profile.
PIOUS PEAR
Pious Pear is a 50/50 blend of apples and pears, slowly fermented to keep the fruity aromas. This cider has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
WYLD CIDE
Wyld Cide was born in our tasting room and, due to popular demand, we packaged it! What’s better than blackcurrant or ginger in your cider? Blackcurrant AND ginger in your cider! 50/50 of our 522 and VA-Ginga, Wyld Cide is fruity with a zest of ginger. The people have spoken!

Cider of the Siren was inspired by the Bridge City Sinners. It's crafted using fresh elderberries and adding them to fermented apple juice, resulting in an off-dry cider with a beautiful, dark red hue and a fruity finish.
